I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place during my visit to Lourdes, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. The location of this hotel is very close to the Sanctuary, making it extremely convenient for anyone planning to visit. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The room was beautifully comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities one could wish for. I especially appreciated the fact that there was room service available 24/7, as well as dry cleaning services, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and hassle-free. The bell staff/porter provided excellent service, and the housekeeping was impeccable. Additionally, there was a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I had a truly happy experience and will definitely remember my time here fondly.

This place is in an incredible location, just a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. It was so convenient for me to visit and explore without having to travel a long distance. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any requests I had. They even provided me with a mains adapter when I needed one. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated having a sitting area and a terrace to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms were also soundproofed, so I had a peaceful and restful sleep. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, laundry, and a paid airport shuttle. The staff at the restaurant were excellent waiters, ensuring that I had a pleasant dining experience. I had a fantastic stay here.

Centrally located, convenient for the Grotto and shops. Friendly staff. Dog-friendly with a riverside walk nearby. Good dinner options. Close parking.

The beds were comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of shops nearby and the Sanctuary within walking distance. the staff were friendly and accommodating, made my stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't like. The hotel seemed a bit outdated, still using mechanical keys instead of key cards.

One negative aspect was that the information provided about transportation to the airport was incorrect, leading to an expensive taxi ride.
